From the first term following your child’s 3rd birthday, the government will fund 570 hours per year.

Child’s BirthdayWhen you can claim
1 January to 31 Marchthe beginning of term on or after 1 April
1 April to 31 Augustthe beginning of term on or after 1 September
1 September to 31 Decemberthe beginning of term on or after 1 January

These hours can be provided by us in the following ways (subject to availability) within our session times:

15 hours per term time week (38 weeks of the year)
11 hours 40 minutes per week for 50 weeks of the year (2 weeks off over christmas)
Some 2 year olds are also eligible.
